A binding agreement on every booking
When you select a winning offer, the terms are frozen into a binding agreement that you and the verified, licensed agency both accept before the booking proceeds. You pay the agency directly and in full, never PearlEx, and your booking then moves through a recorded lifecycle: availability held, payment, agency confirmation, tickets, completion. If the agency never secures your booking, everything you paid must be returned to you in full under the binding agreement, with PearlEx oversight.
