Every stage from the moment a traveller initiates a request to the delivery of final travel documents. Each transition requires explicit double-confirmation. Both dashboards reflect real-time progress.
Selects destination, travel window, nights, party size, cabin class, scope (flights only or flights + hotel), hotel rating, purpose, and tags. All fields are closed-vocabulary for comparability.
The request is published to licensed agencies. Both pool and direct requests run a 48-hour bidding window.
Agencies see the traveller's locked request and compete on price, conditions, baggage, stops, board basis, and inclusions. Multiple agencies bid; the traveller sees all offers.
The countdown expires. The request enters the decision phase: the traveller has a grace period to review all offers and select a winner.
The traveller reviews all competing offers side by side and selects the best one. This creates the binding order and assigns the winning agency.
Click + ConfirmBoth parties are bound. The booking record is created with a unique PX reference. The direct-payment notice is issued: PearlEx never holds funds.
Full name (as in passport), passport number, nationality, date of birth, expiry, and a copy of the passport for every traveller in the party. Encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
Click + ConfirmBefore any payment opens, the agency confirms with its supplier that the room or seats are actually held at the offered terms, within a 6 hour window. Payment stays closed until this lands, so the traveller never pays for an unheld booking.
Click + ConfirmThe traveller asks the agency for its bank transfer details. The agency is notified immediately.
Click + ConfirmThe agency provides its IBAN, beneficiary name, bank name, and any additional transfer instructions. Displayed to the traveller in a dedicated payment card.
Click + ConfirmThe traveller transfers the exact booking amount to the agency's IBAN via bank transfer, then uploads a screenshot or PDF of the transfer receipt as proof.
Click + ConfirmThe agency verifies the funds have settled in its bank account, reviews the transfer receipt, and confirms receipt. This releases the traveller's contact details to the agency.
Click + ConfirmIn the rare case availability fails after payment, the booking pauses and the traveller's payment is protected. The traveller chooses: wait for the agency's fix, accept a priced alternative with a system-computed difference, or take a full refund at any time.
The agency prepares a complete draft booking with all details for the traveller to verify before final ticket issuance.
The traveller reviews every detail: names, flights, hotel, dates. Only after explicit approval can the agency proceed to issue final tickets. If something is wrong, the traveller can reject and request corrections.
Click + ConfirmThe agency issues confirmed airline tickets, hotel vouchers, transfer arrangements, and the complete travel package. All documents are delivered through the platform to the traveller.
Click + ConfirmThe traveller downloads and reviews the final confirmed tickets, hotel vouchers, and all travel documents. The booking is marked complete on both dashboards.
